NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?​

Please use our online booking link or contact your stylist directly to book, cancel or reschedule appointments​. Contact details are available though each individual artist's booking link.

Deposits are required for all appointments. 48hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a cancellation fee. Wedding booking fee and custom hair extension orders are non-refundable.

For last minute cancellations please E-MAIL or MESSAGE your stylist directly and as soon as possible.

During opening hours, stylists are usually busy giving their full time to clients booked in. All stylists manage their own bookings and may not get to answer the phone.
